Hand-produced, in small batches, from leaf to cup.

Mimac began at a single kitchen table, with a stubborn belief that a cup of tea should feel like a pause worth taking. Every infusion is still blended by hand, in batches small enough to taste as we go.

We work only with whole botanicals — never dust, never filler — dried slowly to keep their colour and character intact. What reaches your cup is exactly what left our hands: unhurried, unadorned, and entirely its own.

Sun-dried calyces, West Africa

Harvested by hand and dried whole to hold their ruby depth. Rich in vitamin C, naturally caffeine-free, and bright with a clean, tart edge.

Soursop

Shade-grown leaf, the Caribbean

A soft green leaf picked young and dried slowly to keep it delicate. Gently restorative, with a cool, faintly tropical calm.

Turmeric

Single-origin root, South India

Stone-ground from whole rhizomes for a warm, golden body. Long prized for its comforting spice and quiet anti-inflammatory reputation.
